You can pause or disable a rule at any time, but adjustments to the parameters themselves are handled by your service provider.

Yes. Professional Video Monitoring is built into the Alarm.com for Business platform and works alongside access control, fire, and carbon monoxide monitoring and more. Note that if you are using Professional Access Control Monitoring, Professional Video Monitoring must also be active. The two services work together and Access Control Monitoring is not available as standalone solutions.
